thus i'm here to clear the misunderstanding
that session was actually plan to be a real thrashing session
yu hui actually wanted to the both of us (both of us as in yu hui and me)
to be shouting at the top of our lungs for that session
but later after OBS
somehow my anger simered
but most importantly i want to give them (them as in you guys)
one last chance
the one and only LAST chance
so i turned out to be a somehow counsilling cum heart to heart talk session
like she said
she did other things that i didn't know
i for that apologise that i wronged her
she might played her role IN THE DARK but i wasn't observent enough to notice that
i for that apologise from the bottom of my heart
her job might be alot and she couldn't complete them and i seemed to me that she's not doing work
i for that apologise and regretted what i had siad
but the point of having this thrashing session was to really speak from the bottom of our hearts
expose what we really felt uncomfortable about
maybe it seemed to her that i was only targeting her
but i'm also addressing the level captains at the same time
maybe she felt that because i was use her name while addressing the treasurer
and addressing the level captains as a group of level captains
but the reason is that there is only WORKING treasurer and secretory
but there is like 7 level captains
so i'm here trying to clear up all the understandings
like i said
the thrashing session was to voice out what was not right in the club
if you feel offended
please don't go blogging on your blog

especially me since i'm the one do the talking and i am the one offending you
this way i can change for the better and also help the club
like john had voiced that he doesn't get the respect and the chance to be a vice-chair
when yu hui knows
i'm sure she will have her new arrangements
i know that you are very upset about the person that did nothing yet you did things
didn't get scolding but you did
i'm pretty sure who you are to
but as you said
that person has a higher post than you
and who are the people that have a higher post than you?
they are only the vice-chair and chairman herself
and i'm the one who was really getting straight to the point of people whom i don't like e.g. attitude, priorities
or people i don't like what they are doing or not doing
so i'm just a mere vice-chair
the highest post in this club i can really order and scold is you!
the TREASURER and SECRETORY
but i really told yu hui if i speak,
i will be very offending and i come right down directly on the those people i'm addressing
and she gave me the green light!
so the highest post that i can so call 'address' is to you!
you are max that i can go
any higher will just look nasty
look yu hui has higher post
so no matter what she is still the biggest
next in line are the vice-chairs
if i were to 'address' them
don't you think it will be very shameful for them?
AND i would seemed like i'm trying to take over yuhui BECAUSE the only person in the club who have the right under any circumstances to shout at the vice-chair and anyone with lower post is yu hui

moreover
if there are 3 vice-chair and one happened to be sec4
that person is senior thus more experience thus can 'address' us
but now look at the situation
i'm 15
the other 2 vice-chair are 15 too
its impossible for me to 'address' yu hui so she's out
left the 3 of us
so what makes you this i have the right to 'address' them
if i were to do so
you know how embarressing the situation will get?
i really hope you get what i'm trying to say
like i said
i'm here to clear up the misunderstanding and apologise if i wronged you in anyway
so please please don't take it like i rebutting your blog and do some blog war thing!
all i want is to get the club going
someone has to do that
its up to us if we want to or not!
